Our solutions are free and uses almost common hardware for its realization. It&#8217;s simple, reliable and easy to use\u2026<\/p>\n<p>WIFI\/4G remote access using an Android Smartphone.\u00a0It&#8217;s almost free, just need some hardware device for connected Android Smartphone to the Ace PLC or CommandHMI<\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_image _builder_version=&#8221;3.9&#8243; src=&#8221;https:\/\/aceautomation.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/remote_maintenance_plc_from_office.png&#8221; custom_margin=&#8221;20px||20px|&#8221; align=&#8221;center&#8221; \/][\/et_pb_column][\/et_pb_row][et_pb_row][et_pb_column type=&#8221;4_4&#8243;][et_pb_text _builder_version=&#8221;3.9&#8243;]<\/p>\n<h3>On the PC remote maintenance side : Service Engineer \/ Machine Builder<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>On the PC you want to use for remote maintenance, close vBuilder and download :\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/virtualhere.com\/sites\/default\/files\/usbclient\/vhui32.exe\">VirtualHere Client for Windows<\/a> (32-bit, Win7\/Server2008R2 or later)<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/virtualhere.com\/sites\/default\/files\/usbclient\/vhui64.exe\">VirtualHere Client for Windows<\/a> (64-Bit Win7\/Server2008R2 or later)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Start the program VirtualHere USB Client. Right click USB Hubs-&gt;Specify Hubs&#8230;-&gt; Advanced Tab and check &#8220;Enable Reverse Connections&#8221;<\/li>\n<li>In your ADSL router,\u00a0the one you use for your internet access at the office, forward the port 7573 from Internet to your PC. In some case you must restart your router.<\/li>\n<li>Note your Public addresse IP (see <a href=\"https:\/\/www.whatismyip.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">https:\/\/www.whatismyip.com<\/a>), you will need it for the Ace PLCs \/ CommandHMIs side.<\/li>\n<li>All done! That all! Add a new Reverse Client and Enter &#8220;client hostname&#8221;or IP address\n<ul>\n<li>This IP address is the Public IP addess of the Internet access (ADSL) on the remote maintenance PC side<\/li>\n<li>Generally, you must ask this IP address to the machine builder<\/li>\n<li>Let the port number by defaut (7573). So you must have something like <span style=\"color: #0f55a5;\">XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX:7573<\/span> where <span style=\"color: #0f55a5;\">XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX<\/span>\u00a0is the Internet ADSL IP address<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>All done ! That&#8217;s all. We just have to wait the connection of the engineer service \/ machine builder.
